Video blogging tips: How do you talk into a camera?

Yea when I watch videos after I make a video, it seems very mundane.

Also, it's really hard for me to stare and look at a camera and act like I'm talking to a person. I don't know why. Any tips?

Also, I'm not good at acting. People say I don't have enough "feeling" when acting.

So I don't know how to make my blog any more interesting, or how to look directly into the camera for long periods of time without feeling
