By Michael HickinsStart-up Jive Software welcomed four new members to its board Wednesday, the same day that Salesforce.com agreed to buy rival Radian6. The acquisition illustrates the growing interest among businesses for blogging and social networking software to help manage relationships with their customers and suppliers. Like Radian6, Jive makes software that helps brands manage their reputations on social networking sites likes Facebook and Twitter.
