Self-hosted Blogging software?

I need blogging software that integrates into my site. I do not want the software to build the site as I have already done so.

I need something that will display what I wrote in a certain part of the page & no where else.
I already have hosting & have built the website. I need a way to update the news without having to edit the HTML file
