Cisco has finalised its purchase of enterprise IT and cloud management software company NewScale.
The deal, announced on 29 March, will allow Cisco to offer customers the option of building, provisioning and expanding their own private cloud infrastructure on an on-demand basis. Cisco did not reveal terms of the purchase.
