Can someone help me with Nucleus blogging software?

I am now using Nucleus for my weblog, but I have one problem. I want my main page (http://myurl.com)(not my real website) to display my weblog, yet with nucleus installed, my main page is http://myurl.com/nucleus/. Can someone tell me how to move all the files and content, or change it so when someone types my url directly, it goes to it rather than the myurl.com/nucleus.
